Vendor Application

Hi all! We are looking for vendors and food trucks to be a part of our event on October 14th.  Vendors will be setting up around our nursery and near the dog park area. These will be areas of high foot traffic for this event. When you arrive, a staff member will show you set up areas to choose from.  Food trucks will set up along side the parking lot.  The event starts at 8:00am and our vendors can get here as early as 7:00am for setup. Our food trucks are welcome to come as early as 7:00am to set up. We are asking our food trucks to be set up by 9:00am. Once set up is complete, we will have our vendors park in the area behind our Hand Picked Nursery food truck. We will be requiring our vendors to be setup by 8:00 and stay until 2:00, and our food trucks to be set up by 9:00 and stay until 2:00. 

Grab your furry four-legged friend and come celebrate the opening of our brand new dog park here at Hand Picked Nursery in Benson! During this event, we will be hosting an adoption event with Carolina Animal Network, food trucks, vendors, and The WPTF Weekend Gardener Radio Show with Mike Raley! The dog park will be open all day from 8-6! The schedule for our event goes as follows: - Vendors: 8-2 - Adoption Event: 11-2 - The WPTF Weekend Gardener Show: 8-11 - Food Trucks: 11-4 - Dog Park: 8-6 We can't wait to see you all here!

Vendors: Set up begins at 7:00am and the event starts at 8:00. Vendors will be required to stay until at least 2:00.    Food Trucks: Set up begins as early as 7:00 and needs to be completed by 9:00am. Food tucks will be required to stay until 2:00pm.
