Everyone is guaranteed a tail waggin’ good time at Frankenmuth Dog Bowl! Started in 2008, Dog Bowl is a high-energy event that showcases dogs at their best – whether they are running, jumping, diving or retrieving. With over 25 fun activities, you are sure to find something Fido and the entire family will enjoy!

About the application

Frankenmuth Dog Bowl is The World's Largest Olympic Style Event for Dogs and in the middle of it all is our vendor marketplace! We accept a variety of vendors at our event from established brick and mortar stores, to handmade goods by small businesses!
 
Frankenmuth Dog Bowl runs annually on the Saturday and Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend. This event also runs alongside Balloons Over Bavarian Inn which begins with and evening flight on the Friday of Memorial Weekend and concludes with a morning flight on Memorial Day.
 
Vendors are welcome to begin set up anytime 8am-8pm on Friday and must be ready to open by 9am on Saturday. Crowds do begin to gather on Friday evening for the balloon festivities and vendors are welcome, but not required to open on Friday night. It is required for all vendors to be open 9am-6pm both Saturday and Sunday, but all vendors are again welcome to stay open further into the evening to welcome guests that are on property for the nightly balloon flights and glows.

Terms & Conditions

Frankenmuth Dog Bowl, Inc. has the sole discretion over all items or products being sold or distributed at Dog Bowl and related events or activities. We reserve the right to restrict products that violate this agreement.
 
Food and/or beverages for human consumption are not allowed to be sold at any vendor booths. No exceptions!
 
Space is not reserved until we receive the signed agreement AND payment in full. Payment is due by May 1 to reserve your space. Friendly Reminder: you are NOT guaranteed previous year placements - we will do our best to accommodate vendor requests.
 
Vendors will provide the following:
  • 10' x 10' tent and/or covering
  • Signage, banners, and displays
  • Tables, chairs, stools, etc.
  • Staff and/or volunteers
  • Hand trucks or dollies for unloading and loading equipment
  • Extension cords, power strips, and floor mats to cover cords (if onsite electricity is used)
Overnight lodging in vehicles, campers, tents, or other unauthorized methods of overnight stay is not permitted on property.

**Tier 1 ADDITIONAL Booth Space (10' x 10')** $626 Non-refundable **Must purchase Tier 1 Booth Space (10' x 10') to be eligible for this selection** This option includes a 10% discount for additional 10 x 10 booth spaces beyond the 1st booth space you've purchased.
Tier 2 Booth Space (10' x 10') $595 Non-refundable 10'x10' booth space Located within the main festival areas in or near southeast parking lot at Frankenmuth River Place Shops
**Tier 2 ADDITIONAL Booth Space (10' x 10')** $536 Non-refundable **Must purchase Tier 2 Booth Space (10' x 10') to be eligible for this selection** This option includes a 10% discount for additional 10 x 10 booth spaces beyond the 1st booth space you've purchased.
Electricity $25 Non-refundable **Must purchase booth space to access electricity.**
VIV (Very Important Vendor) Parking $100 Non-refundable **Must purchase Vendor booth space to access this parking add-on.** This parking space guarantees you a location for your car directly next to the event area for the duration of the event! The parking is located in the South lot at Frankenmuth River Place Shops, accessible from E. Jefferson St.
