Welcome to the City of Vista Block Party! A “block party” event featuring local alcohol, food, shopping and lifestyle businesses along with an entertainment stage for live bands and local performances! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 

About the event

It's the BLOCK PARTY by Vista! ***FREE ADMISSION & PARKING*** Tons of incredible Vendors including: - Local Breweries & Wineries - Incredible Restaurants & Food Trucks - All day performances by Local Bands & DJs - Local Retail, Crafts, and Artisan Shops - Kids Zone w/amazing activations, Video Games, Face Painting, and More - Live Sport Vendors Dance the night away with some amazing Bands and Entertainment! Celebrating 60 years of Vista, the City invites everyone to attend. Bring your family and join thousands of others at this unique event. This one of a kind experience will allow you to truly experience all that Vista has to offer! Terms & Conditions

1. Vendors will be juried.2. The Vendor space is only a space, vendors are responsible for providing ALL their equipment including canopies, tents, tables, chairs, etc.3. No storage available besides the designated vendor booth space. Quiet generators may be used if they are listed in your vendor application but all cords must be covered and the generator must be within your designated footprint.4. The size limit for all signage and tarps is 12ft high.If the organizers deem that a sign or tarp need to be removed, they have the discretion to do so. 5. There is no electricity or water provided to vendors6. Trash and recycling services will be available through the cityVendors – please break down boxes and stack neatly on curb by your booth for pick-up at day’s end.7. No Refunds within 30 days of the event8. No Refunds due to acts of god, nature, civil or labor disturbance, restrictions by government agencies of which TPE or The City of Vista has no control9. All permits must be posted in booth (food booths). Certified fire extinguisher required by fire marshal (food booths). Fire retardant canopies required (all vendors).10. You grant The Perfect Event and City of Vista permission, at no cost, to use your social media photos for Vista's Block Party promotional purposes only.
 Photo release waiver:I give The Perfect Event and City of Vista permission to release photos, if taken, for publication and media. The Perfect Event and the City of Vista may use photos to promote the event, business or as they see fit. All photographs and videos shall be the property of TPE and TPE retains all rights, title and interest in any andall photographs, video, or other depiction of the Event and all Event guests if taken by its agents, subcontractors or employees for the Event pursuant to this Agreement. Liability Release Waiver:Vendor shall defend, indemnify and hold City and its officers, officials, andemployees (collectively, “City Indemnitees”) and The Perfect Event harmless against any and all liability, loss, damage, fine, penalty, expense, claim or cost (including without limitation costs and fees of litigation) ofevery nature (collectively, “Liability”) caused directly by Vendor's gross negligence or willfulmisconduct in the performance of its express obligations hereunder BY SUBMITTING THIS BOOTH ORDER I AM ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING TO ALL THE ABOVE EVENT TERMS AND THE BELOW WAIVER OF LIABILITY – With my submission, I agree to waive, release, indemnify, and hold harmless, the City of Vista (“City”), and The Perfect Event (“TPE”) from any and all liability, claims, and causes of action, including attorney’s fees and court costs, for injuries or damages to person or property arising out of my participation in the The City of Vista Block Party.   I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AND BY SUBMITTING THIS ORDER I AM ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING TO ALL EVENT TERMS AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY.
