About the event

The Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo is entering our 104th year and is the largest County Fair in Oregon and the largest annual event east of the Cascades. The Fair dates are July 31-August 4, 2024.

About the application

Please fill out this application completely, missing sections will require us to decline your application. You will have to provide a credit/debit card on the application, however you will not be charged unless accepted as a vendor.  Upon acceptance, you will receive an email providing you 14 days to send in a check if you would prefer to pay that way.  If you have any questions, contact Brandi Ebner, Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo Vendor Coordinator at brandi.ebner@deschutes.org or 541-585-7208.
 
This application is for vendor space inside the Wilco Rodeo Arena - this area is only open from 5-9 pm Wednesday-Friday nights (for the NPRA rodeo performance), from 9 am-9 pm Saturday (for the 4-H/FFA livestock auction & for the NPRA Championship rodeo performance), and 11 am-4 pm Sunday (for 4-H/FFA Award Ceremony and Duel in the Desert High School Rodeo).  There will be a limited number of booths available, and we will focus on vendors who represent the western/ranch lifestyle. 
 
Upon being accepted, we will send you a contract which you will need to return by May 31, 2024 as well as General Liability insurance documentation in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate (minimum) naming Deschutes County, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers as additional insured.  The business name on your insurance MUST match the business name listed on this application.

Terms & Conditions

Refunds can be requested prior to July 1, 2024 (no refunds are permitted after this date).  Refunds will be issued by check for the booths fees minus processing fee.

  • Describe your product, please list key brand names and all items that you sell. All items must be of farm/ranch/western style.
  • How much electricity do you need (1 - 110 outlet available per booth, additional power will be charged at $50 per 110 outlet and $200 per 50 amp plug)
