Wellness Fair Vendor

Vendor Fee: $50, includes 6' table, 2 chairs We invite vendors who specialize in health and wellness while pursuing innovative research and technology for their patients and clients.  Please include as much information about the product or service/screening you will provide at the Wellness Fair in your application. The Wellness Fair will take place 7:30 am-10:00 am in the 5K staging area of Cauley Creek Park. All of the runners (qty 300) and spectators will have access to the fair before and after the race. The race begins at 8:00am in the same location. Thank you for your application, and you will be contacted by September 14th with the approval status. The vendor fee will not be processed unless the application is approved.    

The City of Johns Creek is hosting the Health, Wellness & Innovation 5K and Wellness Fair on Saturday, October 7, 2023. As a leader in health, wellness, and innovation, Johns Creek remains committed to providing opportunities to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into the everyday. The newly constructed rubberized 5K trail is highly innovative thanks to its durable rubberized material made from recycled tires. The trail design promotes wellness by offering a soft surface that helps reduce the stress on the joints of walkers, joggers, runners, and the material is also pervious in nature and allows for better infiltration of water when compared to other materials such as concrete.
