About the application

Welcome to CannaBrew 2023! The event will take place October 13th&14th at the Smokey River Entertainment District. Vendors must operate all hours of the festival. Accepted vendors will be required to pay a $350 vendor fee for a 10x10 space. Please note this is an application only. Accepted vendors will be notified via email. Once accepted, your credit card will be charged. Your booth fee of $350 includes the following:

10x10 booth space, Basic Power, WIFI, CannaBrew Website & Social Media Features.
Your rental fee does NOT include a tent, vendors must provide their own tent, tables and chairs for this event, or rent them from the event by adding it to your application below.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

Welcome to CannaBrew 2023. A two day festival celebrating the end of Cannabis prohibition in Missouri through a vairety of artforms including; live music, art, glassblowing, performance art and consumption. At this festival you have the freedom to be yourself, amongst like minded peers. CannBrew 2023 is the 4th annual event and we are excited to call The Smokey River District our new home. Nestled along the banks of the mighty Missouri river just 20 minutes east of downtown Kansas City, we invite you to come out and experience what the future CannaBrew holds.

Terms & Conditions

The following items apply to all vendors unless specified in writing:

Exhibitors will be allowed to place business signage inside their area.
CannaBrew will provide a standard electrical outlet for all exhibitors. Exhibitors must provide their own lighting, extension cords and power strips.
Exhibitors will not be allowed to bring any food or beverage items onto the festival grounds for personal consumption. No glass bottles or outside alcoholic beverages are allowed.
There will be designated areas for Artist/Makers booths. CannaBrew will make all final determinations regarding booth placement.
All fees will be nonrefundable, except at the sole discretion of CannaBrew.
CannaBrew will provide security and trash removal throughout the event. Exhibitors will be expected to help keep the area around their booths clean and free of debris.
Each exhibitor will be given SIX vendor passes for each day, for the purpose of permitting staff to gain entrance to the festival grounds.
Exhibitors will be expected to have their booths completely set up at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the festival.
You are expected to remain open until close of the festival. You must load out on Saturday, October 14th after the festival closes.
Vendors will be told of drop-off sites for loading and unloading their wares, and locations to park vehicles during the event. Vehicles are not allowed on site during festival hours.
Vendors will be allowed to sell their items only to persons on the festival grounds.
CannaBrew is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property.
Vendors are not allowed to use the CannaBrew or Smokey River brand name and/or logos on any merchandise.
Vendors will comply with all local, city, and state rules and regulations.
Vendors are responsible for charging the appropriate MO sales tax for their items, and reporting earnings to the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Surplus Power +200AMPS ( If needed, basic power supplied)	$50.00	Non-refundable	This is an additional fee if your booth space requires more than 200AMPS of power.
Tent (Optional, if needed)	$175.00	Non-refundable	one 10'x10' tent with side walls
8' Table (Optional, if needed)	$20.00	Non-refundable	8 foot table
