If you encounter a situation that prevents you from attending a date you reserved, please contact christmasvillerockhill@gmail.com.
The Festival will proceed RAIN OR SHINE. Should ChristmasVille be canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, vendors may request a partial refund of their vendor fee - $100 of the fee is non-refundable to cover the cost of rentals, operations, etc.
The City of Rock Hill's risk management team has requested that food truck vendors provide their own 50 to 30 amp adapters due to liability concerns.
