About the registration

The ChristmasVille Vendor Market provides high quality hand crafters, artists and vendors with a venue to showcase their products to an audience of shoppers and festival-goers who are looking for unique and creative gift items...just in time for Christmas! New Location - WOW - at 130 West White Street, Rock Hill!The ChristmasVille Vendor Market will have a new home this year, allowing for more convenient, onsite parking for both vendors and customers in the lot adjacent to the Warehouses on White (WOW).  With the larger space, we intend to create more of a "vendor village" with seating, food, and nearby restrooms. The Vendor Market will operate during the following:
  • Friday, 12/1 | 10am - 2pm
  • Saturday, 12/2 | 10am - 5pm
  • Sunday, 12/3 | noon - 5pm
The vendor must occupy and maintain their display for the duration of the published times of the Vendor Market.  Leaving before the end of the market, or staying open after the market closes, is strictly prohibited. Space FeesEach space is approximately 10'x10', with a limit of 2 spaces per vendor.  Spaces are first come, first served, while still preserving the integrity of local/handmade/homemade. NEW this year, we have 2 options!
  • Open-Air Tent | $250* - similar to the most recent layout
  • Enclosed Tent | $350* - large, heated tents
The space fee includes tent coverage, marketing, and overnight security on premise.  The vendor must provide own extension cords, power strip, accent lighting, chairs and tables with floor length cloths.  *There are minimal convenience and service fees that will be applied following acceptance.

About the event

ChristmasVille offers a storybook setting filled with music, merriment, and wishes of good cheer. Bundle up friends and loved ones to enjoy the festival based on the whimsical artwork of Rock Hill’s adopted son and renowned illustrator, Vernon Grant, the artist who created Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies Snap!® Crackle!® Pop!® This holiday season, Old Town Rock Hill will sparkle with the exciting, charming, and picturesque holiday village and outdoor art festival featuring more than 70 events including horse-drawn carriage rides, historic tours, strolling carolers, art, theater, dance, music, a gingerbread house contest, crafts, multiple Santa activities, and a REAL ice skating rink! There are various ticketed events, contests, and volunteer opportunities. Please pay close attention to the dates and timeframes on each of those rather than the overall dates of the festival weekend.

Terms & Conditions

Application deadline has passed.
Submission of application does not guarantee participation. All vendors will be juried.  Applicants who have been accepted to participate will receive confirmation from the Vendor Market Team.  
Only items listed in the application and approved by the Vendor Market Team may be sold during the event.  Additional items cannot be featured or sold at your display unless approved by November 30th.  ChristmasVille reserves the right to remove work deemed unacceptable or represented differently from the application materials.
The Vendor Market will proceed RAIN OR SHINE.  Should ChristmasVille be canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, vendors may request a partial refund of their vendor fee - $100 of the fee is non-refundable to cover the cost of tent rentals, operations, etc. The City of Rock Hill requires vendors to obtain all applicable federal, state, and local licenses and permits.  These documents are not required to apply, but will be required prior to November 15, 2023. Required documents include:
  • A completed application with a full description of ALL PRODUCTS to be featured at your booth, price ranges, as well as photo(s) of products and vendor booth display.
  • A City of Rock Hill Business License. The application can be found at www.cityofrockhill.com, or you can reach out to the business licensing office directly via email at businesslicense@cityofrockhill.com, or at 803-329-5590.
  • A State of South Carolina Retail Business License.  This can be found at www.dor.sc.gov/tax/registration .
  • Any other applicable federal, state, and local permits and/or licenses required to operate in Rock Hill, SC.
Additional Notes:
  • Vendors must be 18 years or older.
  • Vendors are expected to maintain an attractive & uncluttered space.
  • Vendors must post prices in a legible manner and in a visible place.
  • Artists/vendors may negotiate prices with patrons at their own discretion.
  • Display of signs indicating discounts or otherwise reduced items is prohibited.
  • Reproductions of paintings are acceptable but must be clearly labeled as reproductions and should not make up more than 50% of the artist’s inventory.
  • Jewelry vendors will be limited to no more than 15% of the total mix of exhibitors.
  • The sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited and will result in expulsion.
  • Parking will be communicated closer to the event.
ChristmasVille will not be liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced merchandise or equipment at the event.  Hold Harmless AgreementBy submitting this application, the applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless ChristmasVille, the City of Rock Hill, and the Old Town Association, its agents, volunteers, elected officials and employees from and against all losses, costs, damages, expense, and liability caused by an accident or other occurrence in bodily injury, including death, sickness and disease to any persons, or damage or destruction to property, real or personal, arising directly or indirectly from Applicant’s operations, products or services at ChristmasVille.   Applicant agrees to waive, release and discharge ChristmasVille, the City of Rock Hill, and the Old Town Association, its agents, volunteers, elected officials and employees, of and from any and all claims, demands, costs, liability and causes of action whatsoever that may arise as a result of Applicant’s participation in ChristmasVille, including but not limited to, any claims, causes of action, liability, damages, demands and costs related to injury to any of the Applicant’s person or property. This waiver and release shall inure to the benefit of ChristmasVille, the City of Rock Hill, and the Old Town Association and shall bind applicant along with its employees, heirs, legal representatives, assigns and successors in interest of the Applicant or any member thereof. I represent that I am the person whose name appears on this vendor application, and that I viewed and understand this Hold Harmless Agreement and the rules, regulations, and guidelines provided.  I acknowledge and agree to the statements, terms, and conditions in this application, and that by submitting this application, I am providing electronic agreement to these terms that will have the same legal effect as signing the document with a written signature, which shall be valid evidence of my intent and agreement to be bound.

10x10 Open-Air Space $250.00 Non-refundable This space includes a 10x10 tent that will be positioned adjacent to the enclosed tents. Also included is overnight security on premise, as well as marketing. Should ChristmasVille be canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, vendors may request a partial refund of their vendor fee - $100 of the fee is non-refundable to cover the cost of tent rentals, operations, etc.
10x10 Enclosed Tent Space $350.00 Non-refundable This space includes a 10x10 area within the heated, enclosed tents. Also included is overnight security on premise, as well as marketing. Should ChristmasVille be canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, vendors may request a partial refund of their vendor fee - $100 of the fee is non-refundable to cover the cost of tent rentals, operations, etc.
