Please see below for contract and waiver. If you have not already uploaded or emailed your contract, please ensure you sign back the contract (pages 1-3) and waiver (page 4) and send to Angela@artistsnetwork.ca.
CRITERIA
• Only open to artists who have been successfully juried into Riverdale ArtWalk.
• There is a $50 + HST flat fee to participate. Payment must be received before you upload images to your store.
• You may include up to 20 pieces of art. No functional art.
• Store will be divided into category by medium
• Original art only – no prints or functional art. Photographs and digital works must be signed by the artist and appropriately numbered indicating a limited number of prints of no more than 100. Prints may account for a maximum of 20% of your pieces in this online store.
• Artists retain 100% of the sales – less administration/transaction Stripe fees, approximately 5-7%
• Artists are responsible for uploading and maintaining their online presence.
• All artwork MUST be in your hands and available for sale and NOT posted on another e-commerce website.
• Artists will be responsible for all shipping and communication with the client.
SHIPPING
• Shipping/Packaging/Handling will be managed by the individual artist. You may choose to add additional costs to your online store.
• As the artist is responsible packing and shipping/delivering the art, each artist will set the shipping fee they include in the price of each piece. We recommend rounding up any expected costs to cover estimated fees. Many artists are practicing social distancing deliveries (porch drop offs) during this time.

• Please note that our promotion for this sale will be focused on the local area in and surrounding the GTA, however sales may come from anywhere and the Artists’ Network takes no responsibility for the shipping of your art.
