About the application
- As a vendor, you will provide 'tastes' ranging from $1.00 to $5.00. Attendees will purchase $1 food tickets at the entrance to the event. You're allowed to set your prices ranging from $1.00 to $5.00, however, the cap for each "taste" is 5 tickets or $5.00. In addition to the ticketed tastes, we are also allowing vendors to sell pre-made food goods such as canned jellies/jams, boxes of cookies, etc.
- Vendors will collect tickets throughout the night and give them to the Chamber at the conclusion of the evening. Within one week, checks will be sent to vendors with their total ticketed earnings.

- Festival hours are 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.; setup time is 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Late setup will not be allowed. Vendors will receive detailed day-of-event information including a site layout and tiered check-in time prior to the event.
- "Tastes" should range in price from $1.00 to $5.00, as these are the event's advertised prices. Tastes should be a small portion of food, not full servings. By serving less food for less money, attendees will be able to spend, eat more, and visit more vendor booths, therefore everyone will be more successful! Attendees will purchase $1 food tickets at the entrance to the event and businesses will collect the tickets for payment throughout the night and provide those to the Chamber during site check out. Within one week of the event, checks will be sent to vendors with their applicable total ticketed earnings.
- NEW: In addition to their normal tastes, vendors have the ability this year to provide a special taste for our VIP participants. Your taste will be laid out in the VIP area, with the intention of having VIP participants taste the special sample to encourage them to visit your booth outside. If you would like to provide a special taste for our event, please indicate so on the appropriate question on the application.
- Beer, wine, soft drinks, and bottled water will be sold at the concessionaire booths/applicable bars. Restaurant vendors MAY NOT sell beer, wine, soft drinks, or water.
- The City of Eatonton requires that each vendor site be cleaned prior to the vendor leaving the site, including all areas around the vendor's space. Failure to check out with event site management will result in forfeiting any food sales for the event.
- All vendor sites will be dependent upon logistical requirements such as electricity, alternating food types, and placement of open grills. Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests, but there will be no guarantees of site placement.
- The Chamber has a limited number of tents available and will provide (one) 10x10 tent to vendors on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have your own tent we kindly ask that you use it. The Chamber will provide all vendors with (one) six-foot table. You will need to supply your own extension cords.
- Per Fire & Safety Code, if you're cooking on-site, you must have a fire extinguisher at your tent or in your food truck (you must provide your own fire extinguisher-it is not provided by the Fire Department or the Eatonton Putnam Chamber of Commerce).
- Per Fire & Safety Code, Tents using warming and cooking devices:
- Warming devices must be placed on a non-combustible surface if placed on a tabletop. Examples of warming devices include but are not limited to; Sterno warming fuel cans, electric skillets, and hot plates.
- All grills must be located outside of the tent.
