Vendor spot fee is non-refundable. Vendor Spaces are decided one week prior to the event and you will be notified via email/text. All spaces are first come first serve. We do ask that you let us know whether or not you have a tent as the building side needs to be vendors with out a tent per town code. Vendors can arrive early prior to event to set up and further instructions will be sent out before the event. We ask that you stay for the entirety of the event as it is usually very busy and breaking down early disrupts customer shopping. We are no longer accepting food vendor applications.
