"The Art Crawl" is coming back to Main Street, and this time to FARMINGDALE on October 1st! Our first Art Crawl this year was a HUGE success and we have decided to bring it back as a biannual event to help promote the Arts, Music and Businesses in downtowns. With over 70+ artists and makers in our first go this year, we required more support which the Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce and Village of Farmingdale have been able to provide for this event. We have added a few things to our event such as:
- Farmingdale Village will partially shut down Main Street by closing street parking during our event hours. This allows us to have more space within the sidewalks - which was something we needed to do.
- With more access to Main Street we will be adding 3 hub locations throughout Main Street for patrons to pick up maps + bracelets.
- After Parties have been added as we have received more support from businesses on Farmingdale Main Street.
This event is focused on bringing artists, artisan, makers, musicians, poets and creatives to different venues all throughout Farmingdale Main Street on
October 1st, 2023. Participants will be placed in different locations throughout Farmingdale Main Street. Patrons of the event will be able to check in at 3 HUB LOCATIONS to pick up their Art Crawl map. They will be encouraged to visit all the locations on the crawl as each participating business will feature some sort of special. Selected venues will also have scheduled performances throughout the day for patrons of the event to enjoy. Our music lineup will be curated to happen every 30 minutes on both sides of Main Street. We look forward to another successful ART CRAWL!

LOCATION: FARMINGDALE MAIN STREET - HUB LOCATIONS (NUTTY IRISHMAN, LITHOLOGY BREWING CO, TBA)
RAIN DATE: Event is outdoors and will hold a rain date of OCTOBER 14TH 2023
SPACE AVAILABILITY: The event is open to ARTISTS, ARTISANS, AND MAKERS ONLY.
TABLE SET-UP: All vendors will be receiving a 4ft x 6ft space which will allow for a table of 6FT in length at its maximum. This space can be shared with another vendor if needed.
TABLES ARE NOT PROVIDED. What else do I receive with my vendor fee?
Our pricing includes personal recap photos, flyers for promotional purposes, personalized commemorative lanyards, cross-promotion on our socials pre and post event, and customer service access leading into the event. Vendor fees can be completed after receiving a confirmation email. Until the vendor fee is completed your space will not be guaranteed or held. Your submission is not a confirmation for participation.
Is my application accepted right away?
We will review applications and send you a notice if it has been accepted or rejected. Once the application is approved the vendor fee is charged. Please note that if your payment method is declined we will send one message and if there is no response your application will be rejected.
How do I know where I am setting up or more event details?
All materials will be distributed to accepted vendors within 2 months of the event date.
