Multi Course Dinner

 
EVENT DATE & TIMES:

 

MULTI COURSE DINNER: these may include appetizers, dinner portions, combos, cocktails or dessert specials  (Sugg.  $50 and under)

 

 

PURPOSE: To showcase our incredible dining destination, and celebrate the culinary scene of Downtown Delray, enticing residents throughout Palm Beach and Broward county to visit providing additional revenue to our food establishments during the traditional slower period of September. 

 

DETAILS: Month long event where participating restaurants offer a multi-course Menu, Dine Out Deals or savings and culinary events/cocktail classes throughout the month of September.
 
APPLICATION FEES: 
$100 in Gift Cards or $50 for businesses doing Dine-Out deals only to be given to the DDA prior to the July 12 cut off date.  **The DDA reserves the right to refuse any vendor. **    
 
GOALS: 

GENERAL RULES and REGULATIONS: Must be a Downtown Delray Beach food establishment, within the DDA/Downtown district. 

 

DDA OVERVIEW: The DDA is a special taxing authority, governing over the downtown within the City of Delray Beach. Our mission is to grow, strengthen, and enhance the economic vitality of Downtown Delray Beach, our Village by the Sea!

 

 

By completing this application, Exhibitor shall indemnify, defend and save harmless to the extent of its insurance coverage, the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and its member entities which consist of the City of Delray Beach (CITY); Business agrees to defend, indemnify and save harmless the Indemnitees, their officers, agents and employees, against any liability arising from or based upon the violation of any federal, state, county or city laws, by-laws, ordinances or regulations, including but not limited Trademark and Copyright Laws by the Contractor, his subcontractors, agents, servants or employees. Business further agrees to defend, indemnify and save harmless the Indemnitees, their officers, agents, or employees from all such claims, fees, and from any and all suits and actions for every name and description that may be brought against the Indemnitees or their officers, agents or employees on account of any claims, fees, royalties, or costs for any invention or patent, and from any and all suits and actions that may be brought against the Indemnitees, their officers, agents or employees for the infringement of any and all patents or patent rights claimed by any person, firm, or corporation.

The indemnification provided above shall obligate the Business to defend, at his/her own expense or to provide for such defense, at the Indemnitees' option, any and all claims or liability and all suits and actions of every name and description that may be brought against the Indemnitees, their officers, agents, or employees which may result from the operations and activities under this Contract whether the work be performed by the Business, his/her subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by either. This Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement include all costs and fees including attorney's fees and costs at trial and appellate levels.
