All vendors must be at 1200 North Holtzclaw Ave at 8:30 am to set up on Saturday, July 29, 2023 the event starts at 10 am an ends at 2 pm. Please make sure before you leave all trash has been picked up in your area. 

About the event

TTLC Back-to-School Carnival Fundraising Event helps make a difference in a child's life by donating school supplies and uniforms. Your donations will help us purchase backpacks, notebooks, pencils, pens, erasers, rulers, calculators, and other school supplies children need to succeed in their studies. We will also use the funds to purchase school uniforms, which many schools require. Education is the key to a better future, let's invest in it together!

Acceptance of Terms: By completing the vendor registration process, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Before applying for your space, please be aware of additional vending requirements:
  1. We expect all vendors to promote this event to the best of their ability by hanging posters, posting on social media using the # TheEDUStation hashtag, email blasting your network, inviting guests to join the event, etc.
  2. 2. All vendors must bring their own tents, chairs, and banners.
