We appreciate your interest in our event! Feel free to explore our application, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Once your application is approved, you will receive an email to choose your booth location. It's important to note that while we encourage you to select your location, the Terrell Chamber retains the right to reassign booth locations if necessary.

About the event

Join us for the Taco Festival on May 4th from 11 am to 4 pm in downtown Terrell, hosted by The City of Terrell and The Terrell Chamber of Commerce. Delight in the delectable flavors from some of the finest restaurants and taquerias. Experience a day filled with incredible tacos, live entertainment, food and arts/craft vendors, a Kids Zone, Best Taco Contest, Piñata Contest, and so much more! Don't miss this flavorful celebration!

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your involvement in the upcoming Taco Festival. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants. By securing a booth at the Taco Festival, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the guidelines provided below. Terms and Conditions:
  • Terrell Chamber of Commerce / CVB reserves the right to change booth assignments at any time deemed necessary.
  • Merchandise and display of vendors is subject to the approval of the Terrell Chamber CVB staff, which reserves the right to require alterations, replacement, and deletions of any material or activity which is deemed inappropriate for the event.
  • The undersigned hereby elects to and does release the Terrell Chamber of Commerce /CVB and its respective officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims.
  • Demands, rights, or causes of action of whatsoever kind or nature which the undersigned has ever had or may now have or may hereafter have, whether now known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising from or by reason of or any way connected with, any injuries, losses, damages, property damage or loss, or the results thereof, which heretofore has been even or hereafter may be sustained by the undersigned as a result of or in connection with or arising out of the undersigned’s participation in the Terrell Chamber of Commerce/CVB event.
  • The undersigned acknowledges that in the case of severe or hazardous weather or any other act of God, there will be no reimbursement of booth fees or any other monies submitted to the Terrell Chamber of Commerce / CVB. No money of any kind or amount will be returned except in the case of booth space rejection by the Chamber staff.
 Vendor Responsibilities:
  • All sales, income taxes, FICA, or other withholding taxes related to the vendor's use of exhibit space are the sole responsibility of the vendor, in compliance with Texas Law.
  • Vendors are required to provide their own tents, tables, chairs, WiFi hotspot, electronic devices, and any additional supplies they may require.
  • Most booth locations are not shaded, so be prepared to provide your own shelter.
Exhibit Standards:
  • Vendor spaces will be assigned at the discretion of the Chamber of Commerce, with efforts made to accommodate requested spaces.
  • All exhibits must be in good taste and suitable for family viewing.
  • Prohibited items include garage sale items, firecrackers, guns, or toy replica guns. Handmade wooden guns may be approved; please consult the event coordinator.
  • Knives must be in a locked case during show times and packaged in a box after sale.
  • The sale of self-defense weapons is no longer allowed.
