Thank You for your interest Fourth Friday. Please be sure to scroll all the way down and read over all information before applying. Applications: APPLYING DOES NOT GUARANTEE ENTRY INTO THE FESTIVAL! Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis and at the discretion of the Festival Director. Applications will only be considered if the application fee is paid in full. BE READY FOR THE EVENT: Fourth Friday Festivals will be held rain or shine. Topics of controversial or political nature are not permitted at Fourth Friday Festivals. FUNDRAISING AT FOURTH FRIDAY BY ANY ORGANIZATION IS NOT ALLOWED. There will be no smoking, vaping or loud music in the festival area. Vendors may not bring pets. Applications will be accepted until all spaces are full or until the Monday prior to each festival. Notice of acceptance to Fourth Friday Festivals will begin in March of the festival year. No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled by Uptown Westerville Inc.
