Description
The Town at Trilith is providing a free Fitness Series. The third Saturday each month featuring an activity from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, will feature BodyCombat sponsored by Piedmont Wellness. BodyCombat is an exercise class that lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals. This no-contact mixed martial arts program is not only a great whole-body workout for cardio fitness, but it's also superb for burning fat, releasing stress and improving your coordination! Dress appropriately for the event and the weather, participants should meet at "The Weight We Share" Hand Sculpture in Central Plaza on the corner of Trilith Parkway across from Barleygarden. Each event will end at Nourish + Bloom Market with local vendors with drinks and treats, and each participant will receive a Trilith swag bag. Pre-registration is required. Weather-dependent. Looking ahead, October will feature Burn Boot Camp. No equipment needed.
