Join us at the Town at Trilith for a free monthly rotating fitness event on the third Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. On July 15, get ready for an energizing session with Erik Goransson, a marathon pro who has conquered more than 30 marathons and 10 multi-day relays in the last decade. Don't forget to dress for running - and the weather - and meet at "The Weight We Share" Hand Sculpture in Central Plaza on Trilith Parkway. After the workout, refuel at Nourish + Bloom Market with local vendors serving delightful drinks and treats. Plus, every participant gets a cool Trilith swag bag. Pre-registration is a must.
