Two Town at Trilith partners are teaming up with Trilith to bring a free monthly fitness opportunity. The Trilith Fitness Series takes place the third Saturday each month from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and rotates the featured activity. Saturday, May 20, will feature a HIIT workout (Beginner level welcome) led by Jodie Raulls, franchise partner and trainer at Burn Boot Camp. Dress appropriately for the event and the weather, participants should meet at "The Weight We Share" Hand Sculpture in Central Plaza on the corner of Trilith Parkway across from Barleygarden. Each event will end at Nourish + Bloom Market for samples and each participant will receive a Trilith swag bag. Looking ahead, June will feature a boxing class from Mayweather Boxing.
