Orlando Strong Symposium & Contigo Fund... Tickets

• Ticket Sales: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by Contigo Fund. • Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Please email joel@contigofund.org before the event so we can update the registration. • Admission: Your ticket provides admission only to the events listed in its description. The Orlando Strong Symposium, receptions and the Contigo Fund Ball, take place at separate venues. • Attire: Comfortable attire is welcome for the symposium. For The Contigo Ball, we encourage festive, creative attire inspired by water, with blues, silver, and ocean tones. The theme is an invitation to express yourself, not a dress requirement. • Alcohol Service: Alcoholic beverages, where offered, will be served only to guests age 21 and older with valid identification. • Community Conduct: All guests are expected to treat one another with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, and disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Contigo Fund reserves the right to remove guests whose conduct compromises the safety of others. • Photography & Video: Photography and video recording will take place during the events and may be used by Contigo Fund for communications, promotional, and archival purposes. If you have concerns about being photographed or recorded, please contact us before the event and notify the registration team when you arrive. • Accessibility: Please share accommodation requests during registration or email info@contigofund.org as early as possible so we can coordinate support.
