Guest Conduct: -Guests must treat other guests, employees, performers, artisans, vendors, volunteers, and participants with reasonable courtesy and respect. -Threatening, abusive, intentionally disruptive, destructive, or unsafe behavior is not permitted. -The Festival may intervene when conduct materially interferes with another person’s ability to safely enjoy, work at, or participate in the event. Costumes: -All costumes worn must be family -friendly and suitable for the general public’s viewing. Weather Policy: -The event takes place RAIN or SHINE. Please dress appropriately for outdoor conditions. Right of Refusal: -Festival management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest without refund for disorderly conduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of festival rules. Photography and Media: -By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Assumption of Risk: -Attendance is at your own risk. The festival and its affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property. No Pets Permitted: -No Pets are permitted in the Festival and pets may not be brought onto Festival Grounds. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. -Only Service Animals are welcome. Foods or Beverages: -No outside food or beverages are permitted into the Festival. Coolers are not permitted. Guests with medical dietary needs, infants and babies are exempt from this policy.
