Wildside Christmas Market — Vendor Terms & ConditionsBy submitting payment and registering as a vendor for the Wildside Christmas Market, you agree to the following:Vendor Space & SetupVendor spaces are approximately 10' x 10'. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, weights and other equipment needed for their setup. All tents must be properly weighted. Electricity is not guaranteed unless specifically arranged in advance.Handmade & Approved MerchandiseThis market is intended to showcase artists, makers, craftspeople and thoughtfully selected small businesses. Vendors may only sell the products represented in their application or otherwise approved by Wildside Winery. Wildside reserves the right to decline merchandise that does not fit the nature of the event.Event HoursVendors are expected to be completely set up and ready for guests before the market opens and to remain set up for the full advertised event hours. Early teardown is not permitted except in the event of an emergency or at the direction of Wildside Winery.WeatherThe Wildside Christmas Market is an outdoor/indoor seasonal event and will take place in typical December weather. Vendors should come prepared for cold temperatures and changing conditions. Weather-related changes or cancellations will be communicated if necessary.Vendor ResponsibilityVendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, displays, money and personal belongings. Wildside Winery is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.Licenses, Permits & TaxesVendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits or certifications required for their products and for collecting and reporting applicable sales taxes. Food vendors must comply with all applicable health department requirements.Cancellations & RefundsVendor fees reserve your space and are nonrefundable. If Wildside Winery cancels the entire event, vendors will be contacted regarding refund or transfer options.ConductWe want this to be a welcoming, fun event for our guests, vendors and staff. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the weekend. Wildside Winery reserves the right to remove a vendor whose conduct or merchandise is inappropriate, unsafe or substantially different from what was approved.LiabilityParticipation is at the vendor's own risk. By participating, vendors agree to hold Wildside Winery, its owners, employees and representatives harmless from claims arising from the vendor's participation, merchandise, equipment or activities, except where prohibited by law.Photography & PromotionPhotos and video may be taken throughout the event and may be used by Wildside Winery for social media, advertising and future event promotion.AgreementBy submitting your vendor registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
