TERMS & CONDITIONS Pricing Vendor Booth — $35. Each vendor must provide their own 10x10 tent, tables, chairs, displays, and other booth materials. Power access is available for an additional $15 and must be requested in advance. Vendors who do not purchase power access are responsible for providing their own power source, if needed. Payment Vendor fees are due upon acceptance to secure your spot. If accepted, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of acceptance or your space may be released to a vendor on the waitlist. Refund Policy Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a vendor cancels or does not attend the event, their booth fee will not be refunded. If the event is canceled or rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, paid vendor fees may be transferred to a future eligible MarketDrop event. Cash refunds will not be issued. Booth Requirements Vendors must provide their own 10x10 tent and properly secure it with appropriate tent weights. Vendors are also responsible for tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and any other equipment required for their setup. Electricity is only available to vendors who purchase power access in advance. Food & Beverage Vendors Food and beverage vendors are responsible for meeting all applicable health and food-safety requirements and obtaining any permits or certifications required to operate at the event. Unless approved power access has been purchased, food vendors requiring electricity must provide their own generator or power source. Grease, cooking oil, wastewater, or other food waste may not be dumped on-site and must be properly removed and disposed of off-site. Permits & Compliance Each vendor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permits, licenses, insurance, certifications, or approvals required for their business, products, or services. MarketDrop and the event venue are not responsible for a vendor's failure to obtain required documentation. Booth Placement Booth placement is determined by the event organizer based on event layout, vendor category, operational needs, and overall guest experience. Vendors may submit placement requests, but specific locations cannot be guaranteed. Marketing Accepted vendors are encouraged to help promote the event through their social media channels and tag @weareneighborhoodsocial on Facebook when sharing event-related content. Vendor Conduct This is a family-friendly community event. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and follow event, venue, safety, and setup requirements. MarketDrop reserves the right to remove a vendor for unsafe behavior, inappropriate conduct, or failure to comply with event requirements. Vendors removed for these reasons are not eligible for a refund. Payment Disputes If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact MarketDrop first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. Vendors remain responsible for legitimate fees accepted under these terms. Agreement By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
