**NOW & WOW MARKET – TERMS & CONDITIONS (INDOOR EVENT)** By registering or submitting payment, all vendors agree to the following Terms & Conditions for the Now & Wow Market indoor event. **1. No Refunds Policy** All vendor payments are non‑refundable. This includes booth fees, table upgrades, add‑ons, sponsorships, and any additional purchases. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including vendor cancellation, schedule conflicts, dissatisfaction with sales, weather, or event changes. **2. Indoor Event Conditions** This is an indoor event. Vendors understand that lighting, temperature, noise levels, and foot traffic may vary. Event organizers may adjust layouts or vendor placements as needed. **3. Setup & Breakdown Requirements** Vendors must follow all setup and teardown instructions. Vendors must arrive during designated setup times, keep all items within their assigned space, avoid blocking aisles or exits, and fully remove all items and trash after the event. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund. **4. Conduct & Compliance** Vendors must maintain a professional presence, follow all safety rules, comply with local laws, and avoid selling prohibited or illegal items. The event reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these rules, without refund. **5. Liability** Now & Wow Market, its organizers, staff, and venue are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury. Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry their own insurance. The event does not guarantee sales or customer traffic. **6. Event Changes** Organizers may modify event hours, layout, vendor placement, or operations at any time for safety or efficiency. No refunds will be issued due to any changes. **7. Acceptance of Terms** By registering or submitting payment, the vendor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
