Final language will be provided at the time of registration. By participating, you will be agreeing to a legally binding document — please review these topics carefully before applying. What you'll be agreeing to: Participation & Approval — Registration constitutes a binding agreement to follow all Event rules, policies, and instructions from Krampus Seattle staff, security, and volunteers. Participation is voluntary and subject to approval. Physical Fitness & Costumes — You will affirm that you are physically and mentally capable of costumed public performance, accept responsibility for your own condition throughout the event, and ensure your costume allows for safe movement and emergency removal. Audience Interaction & Consent — Physical contact with attendees is prohibited without clear, enthusiastic consent. Harassment, chasing, cornering, or threatening behavior is strictly prohibited. Children must always be permitted to initiate interaction on their own terms. Conduct & Professional Standards — All performers are expected to treat attendees, staff, volunteers, business owners, and fellow performers with respect. Intoxication, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Performers must remain within designated event boundaries at all times. Hostility & De-escalation — If confronted with hostility or protest, you agree not to engage or escalate and to immediately seek assistance from event staff or security. Security Authority & Removal — Krampus Seattle staff and event security have full authority over participant conduct. Failure to comply with any instruction may result in immediate removal. Removal for cause is final. Photography & Likeness — You will grant Krampus Seattle the irrevocable right to photograph and record your image and likeness for marketing, promotion, documentation, and archival use without compensation. Release of Liability — You will release and indemnify Krampus Seattle, its staff, volunteers, affiliates, and sponsors from claims or liabilities arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence. Age Requirement — All performers must be at least 18 years of age, or accompanied by a legal parent or guardian who completes registration on their behalf. Full terms and conditions will be presented at the time of registration and must be agreed to in order to complete your application.
