VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & MARKET POLICIESThe Lake Nona Children’s Market is an outdoor event. Please plan accordingly for weather and outdoor conditions.SETUP REQUIREMENTS:• All Kidpreneurs must be ages 5–17.• All tent vendors must use a 10x10 tent or smaller.• All tents MUST have proper weights attached at all times, with a minimum of 40 lbs per tent leg.• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, chairs, displays, and other setup materials.• Kidpreneurs must have a parent or legal guardian present for the duration of the event.• Vendors may only sell the products or services approved on their application.• Food vendors must comply with all applicable State of Florida licensing, permitting, and food safety requirements.PROHIBITED AT THE MARKET:• Open flames• Drugs• Alcohol• Smoking• Weapons• Unapproved products or servicesARRIVAL POLICY:All vendors must arrive during the designated vendor check-in and setup period. Late arrivals will NOT be permitted to set up or participate. Exact load-in instructions and arrival times will be provided to approved vendors prior to the event.This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine unless The Local Habit determines conditions are unsafe.The Local Habit reserves the right to deny participation or remove any vendor from the market for misconduct, disruptive behavior, unsafe conditions, failure to follow event or venue rules, or behavior that does not align with the family-friendly atmosphere of the Lake Nona Children’s Market. Vendors may also be required to leave or be trespassed from the property when necessary.All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
