Crafter Application Terms & ConditionsBy submitting an application to the Yellow Daisy Festival, the Applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:1. APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCESubmission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.Applications are reviewed and selected at the discretion of the Yellow Daisy Festival.Acceptance is based on the quality, originality, presentation, category balance, and overall fit of the Applicant’s work.Only the products and work represented in the approved application may be sold or displayed unless approved by Festival management.2. FEES & CANCELLATIONSAll application, booth, electricity, and other applicable fees must be paid by the established deadlines.Fees are subject to the Festival’s cancellation and refund policies.Failure to attend the Festival or failure to meet participation requirements does not automatically qualify the Applicant for a refund.3. BOOTH ASSIGNMENTSBooth locations are assigned by Festival management.Location requests are not guaranteed.Booth assignments may not be changed, shared, sublet, or transferred without prior approval.Crafters must remain within their assigned booth space and keep aisles and walkways clear.4. ORIGINAL WORK & PRODUCTSAll work must be substantially designed and/or created by the Applicant.Mass-produced or commercially manufactured merchandise is not permitted unless specifically approved.Products not included in the approved application may not be added without Festival approval.The Festival reserves the right to require the removal of products that do not meet Festival standards.5. CHECK-IN & FESTIVAL PARTICIPATIONCrafters must check in during the designated check-in period and follow all Festival instructions regarding setup, parking, unloading, and booth operations.Crafters are expected to remain open during all published Festival hours.Early departure or dismantling is not permitted without approval from Festival management.6. FOOD & REGULATED PRODUCTSCrafters selling or sampling food or other regulated products are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, inspections, and approvals.Food sampling is permitted only for approved Sample Crafters who meet all applicable health department and Festival requirements.7. SAFETY, INSURANCE & LIABILITYCrafters are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, tents, displays, and personal property. Crafters must comply with all Festival safety, insurance, and hold-harmless requirements.Crafters are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.8. CONDUCTCrafters and their representatives must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.Harassment, threatening behavior, abusive language, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.Failure to follow Festival policies or instructions may result in removal from the Festival without refund and may affect eligibility for future events.9. WEATHER & EVENT CHANGESThe Yellow Daisy Festival is an outdoor event and may be affected by weather or other circumstances beyond the Festival’s control.Festival management reserves the right to modify, delay, suspend, or cancel Festival operations when necessary for safety or other operational reasons.10. PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTIONBy participating in the Festival, Crafters acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during the event. The Festival may use images of Crafters, their booths, products, business names, and logos for Festival-related marketing and promotional purposes.11. AGREEMENTBy submitting an application, the Applicant confirms that all information provided is accurate and agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions, Festival policies, Stone Mountain Park requirements, and applicable laws.The Yellow Daisy Festival reserves the right to remove any Crafter who violates these Terms & Conditions or Festival policies. Removal may occur without refund.
