Women's Weekend Russian River 2027 Tickets

EVENT ATTENDEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN CONSIDERATION OF the risk of injury that exists while participating in WOMEN’S WEEKEND RUSSIAN RIVER 2027 (hereinafter the “Event”); and IN CONSIDERATION OF my desire to participate in said Event and being given the right to participate in same; I HEREBY, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives (hereinafter collectively, "Releasor," "I" or "me"), knowingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Event; and I HEREBY release and forever discharge SHUG-DOGG PRODUCTIONS, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, located at 727 Cable Ct, Santa Cruz, California 95062, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns (collectively "Releasees"), from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned Event. DETAILS OF EVENT Scheduled from May 13, 2027 to May 16, 2027, the Participant will be participating in the following activities: Drag & burlesque shows, DJ pool parties, Evening dance parties, Glow in the dark mini golf, Outdoor movie nights, Karaoke, Dart competition, Friends of Bill Meetings, Trans Meet-ups, Bingo, Lawn Games, Yoga (the "Activities") provided by the Event Provider. CONSIDERATION Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, the Participant releases and forever discharges the Event Provider, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, legal representatives, and successors from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims, and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including injury resulting in the death of the Participant, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the Participant's participation in the Event, notwithstanding that such damage, loss, or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Event Provider. The Participant understands that the Participant would not be permitted to participate in the Event unless the Participant signed this Waiver. MEDIA RELEASE Photographs, video, and drone footage will be taken throughout Women’s Weekend Russian River 2027. These may be used by the Event Provider for marketing and publicity in publications, on websites, in social media, or in third-party publications. Participants grant the Event Provider an unlimited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their likeness unless they opt out by wearing the designated “No Photos” wristband, available at registration. Should you opt for the No Photos wristband, you may still appear incidentally in the background of photos or videos, but you will not be the primary subject of any published material. CONCURRENT RELEASE The Participant acknowledges that this Waiver is given with the express intention of effecting the extinguishment of certain obligations owed to the Participant by the Event Provider, and with the intention of binding the Participant's spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns. FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE The Participant acknowledges to the Event Provider that the Participant does not have any physical limitations, medical ailments, or physical or mental disabilities that would limit or prevent participation in the Event. If required, the Participant will obtain a medical examination and clearance. ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCES The Participant understands that alcohol may be present at certain venues and assumes full responsibility for their own consumption and conduct. The Event Provider is not liable for incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from intoxication or impairment. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited at all Event activities. CONDUCT & REMOVAL The Event Provider reserves the right to deny entry to, or remove without refund, any Participant engaging in illegal, unsafe, disruptive, or harassing behavior, or otherwise jeopardizing the safety and enjoyment of others. INDEMNIFICATION The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Provider and Releasees against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their participation in the Event or violation of these Terms. COMMUNICABLE DISEASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT The Participant understands and accepts the inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, at public gatherings. By attending, the Participant voluntarily assumes all related risks. TICKETING & REFUND POLICY All ticket purchases for Women's Weekend Russian River 2027 are subject to the following refund and transfer policy: Through April 12, 2027: Full refunds are available, less any applicable Eventeny processing fees. April 13 – May 4, 2027: Refunds are available, less a $50 administrative fee and any applicable Eventeny processing fees. Beginning May 5, 2027: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another attendee through April 13, 2027. Transfers are not permitted after this date. By completing registration, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to these refund and transfer terms. FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT The Participant acknowledges and agrees with the Event Provider that: (1) they have had sufficient time to carefully read this Waiver, (2) they have been given the opportunity to seek independent legal advice prior to signing, (3) they fully understand the risks and claims being waived, (4) they are freely and voluntarily executing this Waiver, and (5) they are forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against the Event Provider for any property loss or personal injury sustained while participating in or preparing for the Event. SEVERABILITY If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. GOVERNING LAW This Waiver will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. CANCELLATION POLICY Full refunds through April 12, less Eventeny fees. April 13, 2027–May 4, 2027: Refunds less a $50 administrative fee and Eventeny fees. No refunds beginning May 5, 2027. Badge transfers permitted through April 13, 2027.
