Electrical & EquipmentIndicate electrical needs in advance.Bring proper cords/adapters.Trucks must meet all fire safety requirements.4. Menu & PricingSubmit final menu/pricing 72 hours prior.Prices must remain the same throughout the event.5. Conduct & OperationsStaff must operate professionally at all times.Trucks must park in the assigned spot; support vehicles must be moved after unloading.6. MarketingSuwanee Circle may use your business name, menu, and photos for event promotion.7. Cancellations & WeatherVendor cancellations must be made 72 hours before the event.Events run rain or shine; Suwanee Circle may cancel for severe weather or safety.8. LiabilityVendors are responsible for their own equipment, staff, and sales tax reporting.Suwanee Circle is not liable for loss, damage, or injury.
