Unexpected Pairings: Next Chapter Edition — Terms and Conditions By purchasing a ticket, each guest agrees to the following: 1. AGE REQUIREMENT: This event is exclusively for guests age 21 and older. A valid photo ID may be required at check-in. Alcohol is not included with admission and must be purchased directly from Gillig Winery. Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly and arranging safe transportation. 2. TICKETS AND REGISTRATION: Each attendee must purchase an individual ticket and complete their own registration questionnaire. Guests agree to provide complete and accurate information so Ang’s Amazing Graze can create thoughtful pairings or small-group introductions. 3. PAIRING EXPERIENCE: Pairings are created using questionnaire responses, shared experiences, current stages of life, interests, personality preferences, and the overall registration pool. While every effort will be made to create comfortable and meaningful introductions, a particular connection, friendship, or outcome cannot be guaranteed. Pairings may be one-on-one or arranged in small groups when appropriate. 4. PERSONAL COMFORT: This is a social experience, not a counseling session or grief-support program. Guests will never be required to discuss a loss, major life change, or personal experience beyond what they are comfortable sharing. 5. PRIVACY: Questionnaire responses will be used only to organize the event and create thoughtful pairings. Full questionnaire responses, email addresses, phone numbers, and other personal contact information will not be shared with pairings, other attendees, or event vendors without permission. 6. WHAT YOUR TICKET INCLUDES: Each $29 ticket includes one individual fall-inspired charcuterie box, a thoughtfully selected pairing or small-group introduction, reserved seating to use as a home base, and optional conversation starters. Wine, purchases from Rival Barbecue, and other on-site purchases are not included. 7. FOOD ALLERGIES AND DIETARY NEEDS: Guests must disclose food allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions during registration. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate disclosed needs; however, food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, and completely allergen-free preparation cannot be guaranteed. 8. REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS: Because pairings and individual charcuterie boxes are prepared in advance, tickets are nonrefundable after registration closes on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 8:00 PM. A ticket may be transferred to another eligible guest before the registration deadline with advance notice, but the replacement guest must complete their own questionnaire. 9. WEATHER AND EVENT CHANGES: This experience includes indoor and outdoor activities and is intended to take place rain or shine when conditions safely allow. Ang’s Amazing Graze and Gillig Winery reserve the right to adjust activities, move portions of the event, postpone, or cancel due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond their control. Registered guests will be notified of significant changes using the contact information provided during registration. 10. GUEST CONDUCT: This event is intended to be comfortable, welcoming, and respectful. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, aggressive conduct, unwanted advances, or behavior that makes another guest feel unsafe will not be tolerated. Event staff may remove a guest for inappropriate or unsafe behavior without a refund. 11. PHOTOGRAPHY: Photos or short videos may be taken during the event for future promotional use. Guests who prefer not to be photographed should notify event staff during check-in. 12. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY: Guests are responsible for using reasonable care while walking through the parking lot, outdoor market, winery grounds, and fire-pit areas. By attending, guests voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with an indoor and outdoor social event. By completing the purchase, the ticket holder confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
