Harvest & Wine — Attendee Terms & Conditions By attending The Vintner Collective: Harvest & Wine, guests acknowledge and agree to the following: Harvest & Wine is a free, public event hosted at Gillig Winery. Guests of all ages are welcome; however, alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed by guests age 21 or older with valid identification. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and consumed in accordance with Gillig Winery policies and applicable Ohio law. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward vendors, staff, other attendees, and the property. Event organizers and venue staff reserve the right to ask any individual to leave for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior. Harvest & Wine is a seasonal market and may be affected by weather or other circumstances outside the organizers' control. Event hours, participating vendors, activities, or individual market dates may be modified or canceled when necessary. Individual vendors are independently responsible for the products and services they sell or provide. Questions, concerns, returns, or exchanges involving a vendor purchase should be addressed directly with that vendor. Photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge they may appear incidentally in event photography or video. By attending Harvest & Wine, guests agree to follow event and venue policies and help us create a safe, welcoming experience for our community. Shop small. Sip local. Gather often.
