Vendor Deposit To reserve your space, a $100 deposit is required for each vendor. Your deposit is 100% refundable. The deposit is simply intended to help ensure vendors honor their selected dates and remain for the full scheduled event hours. Reliable attendance is important to create consistent experience for our guests and fellow vendors. Your full $100 deposit will be refunded after your final scheduled event date, provided you: • Attend all dates you committed to • Do not cancel any selected dates • Remain on-site for the full scheduled event hours (It is dangerous to the crowd and staff if you attempt to leave early) The Three P's Our guests are here for the attractions, so food service should complement their experience—not slow it down. We ask vendors to keep their menu centered around The Three P's: Portable Food should be easy to carry and enjoy while walking around the event. Priced Right Offer affordable items that guests can purchase without hesitation. Prompt Food should be prepared and served quickly, keeping lines moving so guests can get back to enjoying the attractions. Food Expectations We are looking for vendors that offer: • Grab-and-go food • Quick-service menu items • Minimal wait times • Easy-to-eat foods • Limited packaging and waste • Water/Beverages Examples include: • Walking snacks • Handheld foods • Pretzels • Nachos • Corn dogs • Popcorn • Kettle corn • Mini donuts • Sliders • Fries • Grilled Cheese • Funnel Cakes • Mozzarella Sticks • Cookies • Candy • Hot chocolate • Apple • cider • Coffee/Latte’s • Specialty drinks • Other quick-service items What We're Trying to Avoid To keep guests moving through the attractions, we are generally not looking for vendors serving: • Large plated meals • Foods that require guests to sit down to eat • Menu items with long cook times • Foods that create excessive trash or waste • No large Clam Shells This may be the perfect opportunity to create a special haunted season menu featuring your quickest, most popular offerings. ________________________________________ Setting Yourself Up for Success Our busiest nights bring a continuous flow of guests, making speed and efficiency essential. The vendors who experience the greatest success are those who focus on serving more customers, rather than relying on selling large meals. Offer menu items that are: • Fast to prepare • Easy to eat while walking • Affordable • Appealing to families, teens, and groups Your success shouldn't depend on a handful of expensive meal sales—it should come from the number of customers you serve and the volume of items you sell. By keeping service quick and your menu simple, you'll maximize sales while helping guests spend more time enjoying Camp Fear & Nightmare Theater, Boo Baazar, and Bloodrush Haunted Forest. We look forward to partnering with you for an exciting and successful haunted season!
