**Late/No Show Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late, without notice to DDBM, your reservation will be canceled without any court credit, and your spot will be given to the next player(s) on the waitlist.**Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 4 hours prior to the event to receive an account credit for future use. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the event will not receive account credit.** Conduct and Safety: All participants must follow facility rules and staff instructions. Proper pickleball court shoes and appropriate athletic attire are required while playing on the courts. The facility reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund. **Alcohol Policy: Events may be BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage). No glass containers or hard liquor are permitted. The facility does not sell, serve, or monitor alcohol and is not responsible or liable for alcohol brought or consumed by guests. The event host assumes full responsibility for ensuring guests comply with all applicable laws, including legal drinking age requirements.**Liability Waiver: Participation in pickleball activities involves inherent physical risks. By attending the event, participants assume all risks and release the facility from liability for injury, loss, or damage during the event as agreed upon when signing liability waiver.**Photography & Media: The facility may take photos or videos during events for marketing and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
