ATTENDEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS By registering for, entering, or attending Foodees Fest, you agree to the following: Foodees Fest is held rain or shine. Event dates, hours, location, vendors, entertainment, activities, and programming may be changed, postponed, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, government orders, or circumstances beyond our control. Registration does not guarantee entry, which remains subject to capacity and safety restrictions. Attendees must follow all laws, venue rules, posted notices, and instructions from event staff, security, emergency personnel, and law enforcement. Foodees Fest may deny entry or remove anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, threatening, illegal, or inappropriate conduct. Attendance may involve crowds, weather, temporary structures, uneven surfaces, food and beverages, and other inherent risks. Attendees voluntarily accept these risks and are responsible for supervising children and protecting their personal belongings. Food, beverages, merchandise, and services are provided by independent vendors. Foodees Fest does not guarantee vendor products and is not responsible for vendor transactions, product quality, allergens, ingredients, illness, refunds, or representations. Attendees are responsible for discussing dietary restrictions and allergens directly with each vendor. By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or recorded and authorize Foodees Fest to use their image, likeness, and voice for lawful promotional, advertising, social media, editorial, and archival purposes without compensation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foodees Fest, the venue, sponsors, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property or for indirect or consequential losses arising from attendance. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
