LB Amplify Season One – Event Terms & Conditions Welcome to LB Amplify Season One! To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all attendees agree to the following terms and conditions by purchasing a ticket or entering the event. Admission * A valid ticket is required for entry. * Tickets are valid only for the date listed and are nontransferable unless otherwise stated. * Event staff reserve the right to verify identification when necessary. Event Schedule * Event dates, times, performers, judges, and programming are subject to change without notice. * No refunds will be issued due to schedule or lineup changes. Refund Policy * All ticket sales are final. * No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the event is canceled and not rescheduled. Code of Conduct To ensure a positive experience for all guests, attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, staff, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and fellow guests. LB Amplify reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest without refund for behavior that is disruptive, threatening, violent, discriminatory, intoxicated, illegal, or otherwise unsafe. Prohibited Items The following items may not be permitted inside the event: * Weapons of any kind * Illegal drugs or controlled substances * Outside alcohol * Drones * Fireworks or explosives * Laser pointers * Any item deemed unsafe by event staff or venue security Bag inspections may be conducted upon entry. Photography & Media By attending LB Amplify, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and live broadcasts may occur. Your attendance constitutes your consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, news, or archival purposes without compensation. Assumption of Risk Attendance at any live event involves inherent risks. By entering the event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and agree to release and hold harmless Axiom Productions, LLC, LB Amplify, the venue, sponsors, partners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law. Event Policies Guests must comply with all event rules, venue policies, and instructions from event staff and security personnel. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
