# RIPFEST Pittsburgh – Vendor Terms & Conditions By purchasing a vendor table for **RIPFEST Pittsburgh**, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. **All vendor table purchases are final.** No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, travel issues, or schedule conflicts. 2. Vendor tables may be transferred only with prior written approval from RIPFEST management. Transfers are not guaranteed. 3. Vendors may only sell legal and authentic merchandise. Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or prohibited items are strictly forbidden. 4. Approved merchandise includes trading cards, sports cards, Pokémon, TCG products, graded cards, sealed products, collectibles, memorabilia, artwork, accessories, and other hobby-related items. 5. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales taxes required by law. 6. Vendors must remain open and staffed during all public event hours (**10:00 AM – 5:00 PM**) unless approved by event management. 7. Setup and teardown must take place only during the designated vendor load-in and load-out times provided by RIPFEST. 8. Each vendor table includes: * One (1) 6-foot table * Two (2) chairs * Two (2) vendor badges 9. Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, cash, payment processing, equipment, and personal property. RIPFEST, the venue, and event staff are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 10. Booth displays must remain within the assigned space and may not block aisles, neighboring booths, exits, or emergency access. 11. No amplified music, open flames, hazardous materials, or disruptive behavior is permitted. 12. Vendors must comply with all venue policies, local laws, health regulations, and fire codes. 13. RIPFEST reserves the right to remove any vendor without refund for violating these terms or engaging in unsafe, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct. 14. Event details, floor plans, and booth assignments are subject to change if necessary. Vendors will be notified of any significant updates. 15. By participating, vendors grant RIPFEST permission to use photographs and videos of their booth and participation for promotional and marketing purposes. 16. By purchasing a vendor table and participating in RIPFEST Pittsburgh, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
