Important Vendor Information: This application is for a two-day commitment. Vendor participation includes Friday, October 30, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 31, from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The vendor fee covers participation on both event days. Requests for single-day participation may be considered at the discretion of the Event Team based on event needs and space availability.**Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance**Vendors selected to participate will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance meeting the event requirements and complete an acknowledgment of the event rules and guidelines prior to the event.Please note that all participating vendors must arrive no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday to allow sufficient time for a mandatory Fire Department inspection before the festival opens each day. Additional event details, including load-in instructions and vendor logistics, will be provided upon acceptance.
