The Pilates & Pour Social Tickets

Terms and Conditions By purchasing a ticket to The Pilates & Pour Social, the purchaser and attending guest agree to the following: Ticket Use Tickets are valid only for the selected event date and Pilates session. Guests must present a printed or digital ticket at check-in and should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session. Refunds and Transfers All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Tickets are nontransferable unless written approval is provided by Bloom Curated Experiences Co. Physical Activity and Assumption of Risk Participation in mat Pilates and all event activities is voluntary. Guests acknowledge that physical activity carries a risk of injury and accept responsibility for participating within their own abilities. Guests should consult a healthcare professional before participating when appropriate and inform the instructor of relevant injuries, limitations, or accommodations. Food and Beverage Ticket inclusions are subject to availability and may be replaced with a comparable item when necessary. Guests are responsible for notifying the organizer of food allergies or dietary restrictions. An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Alcohol Policy Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests age 21 or older who present a valid government-issued photo ID. The organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest. Event Changes Event times, instructors, menu items, activities, and other details may be adjusted when reasonably necessary. Guests will be notified of significant changes using the contact information provided during registration. Cancellation or Rescheduling If the event is canceled, ticket holders will receive information regarding a refund or other available resolution. If the event is rescheduled, purchased tickets may be honored for the new date. Photography and Media Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. Guests who prefer not to appear in event media should notify the check-in team upon arrival. Personal Property Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Bloom Curated Experiences Co., The Cozy Cork, Pilates Maison, and participating partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Removal from the Event Guests who violate event policies, venue rules, safety instructions, or the Code of Conduct may be denied entry or removed without a refund. Acceptance of Terms Completing a ticket purchase confirms that the purchaser has reviewed, understood, and accepted these terms on behalf of themselves and any guest for whom they purchase a ticket. Code of Conduct The Pilates & Pour Social is designed to provide a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests. By attending, each participant agrees to: Treat attendees, instructors, event staff, venue staff, and partners with courtesy and respect. Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, disruptive behavior, or unwanted physical contact. Follow all instructions provided by the Pilates instructor, event organizers, and venue staff. Participate in activities at a level appropriate for their personal comfort and ability. Respect the venue, equipment, décor, and personal belongings of others. Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. Guests who appear intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe may be refused service or asked to leave. Avoid recording, photographing, or posting another guest without their permission. Comply with all applicable venue rules and local laws. Bloom Curated Experiences Co. reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior threatens the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of others. Guests removed for violating the Code of Conduct will not receive a refund.
