Queer Holiday Market – Vendor Terms & Conditions By registering as a vendor for the Queer Holiday Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Vendor Eligibility * The Queer Holiday Market is open to LGBTQ+ and allied artists, makers, nonprofits, food vendors, and small businesses. * All vendors must comply with applicable local laws and regulations regarding sales, taxes, licenses, and required permits. 2. Booth Registration & Fees * Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. * Booth fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your space. * Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup, including tables, chairs, signage, and any additional display materials. 3. Verizon Small Business Digital Ready Requirement * All participating vendors are required to register for the free Verizon Small Business Digital Ready Program: [https://digitalready.verizonwireless.com/partner-gpecc](https://digitalready.verizonwireless.com/partner-gpecc) * Registration in the program must be completed before participating in the Queer Holiday Market. * Vendors may be asked to provide confirmation of registration. * Failure to complete this requirement may result in the loss of the vendor’s space without a refund. 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy * Vendors may cancel their registration and receive a partial refund if the request is submitted at least 30 days before the event. * Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are nonrefundable. * Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [admin@equalitychamber.org](mailto:admin@equalitychamber.org). 5. Event-Day Expectations * Vendors must arrive on time for setup and remain open for the entire event. * Late arrivals or early departures may result in exclusion from future events. * Vendors are responsible for keeping their spaces clean and free of debris. * Booth sharing is not permitted. Each vendor must register for and occupy their own designated space. Please contact us with any questions about this policy. 6. Liability & Safety * The event organizers, venue, and affiliated partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. * Vendors participate at their own risk and must ensure their products, equipment, and booth setup comply with all applicable safety standards. 7. Code of Conduct * The Queer Holiday Market is an inclusive and welcoming space. Vendors must uphold the values of respect, kindness, inclusion, and professionalism. * Discriminatory, offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund. 8. Weather & Event Changes * The event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise communicated by the organizers. * Vendors will be notified as soon as possible if unforeseen circumstances require changes to the event.
