By attending any Liquid Games Pokémon Market event (“Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. AdmissionAdmission policies (including free or paid entry) are stated per event. Entry may require check-in or ticket confirmation if applicable. Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual at their discretion for failure to comply with these terms.2. Code of ConductAll attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward vendors, staff, guests, and fellow attendees.The following will not be tolerated:Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behaviorDisruptive or unsafe conductTheft or tampering with vendor merchandiseUnauthorized selling or solicitationViolation of these rules may result in removal from the Event without refund (if applicable) and potential restriction from future events.3. Assumption of RiskBy attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. Liquid Games LLC, its staff, venue partners, and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.4. Vendor TransactionsAll purchases made at the Event are between the buyer and the individual vendor. Liquid Games LLC is not responsible for transactions, product authenticity, grading outcomes, pricing disputes, or returns.5. Security & SafetyFor the safety of all attendees:Bags may be subject to inspection.Event staff instructions must be followed at all times.Local venue rules and regulations apply.6. Photography & Video ReleaseBy entering the Event, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. You grant Liquid Games LLC and its representatives the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs and video recordings for promotional, marketing, social media, and commercial purposes, without compensation or further approval. This includes use in print, digital, and online media in perpetuity.If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify event staff upon entry.7. Event ChangesEvent details, including guests, vendors, layout, and attractions, are subject to change without notice.8. AgreementBy attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
