With a purchase of one (1) adult (18+) Early-Bird Badge, you are eligible for one (1) free Children's Pass. An additional Children's Badge will be available for an additional $30. Max two (2) Children's Passes per one Adult (18+) Early-Bird Badge. * Children's Passes are NOT mailed out with the Convenience Pass. They will be available for pick up at our Specialty Registration table located in the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills 1st floor foyer. REQUIREMENTS: A QR code is included in the purchase and is required to pick up your badge. In lieu of the QR code, a  valid photo I.D. or copies of both registration confirmation and payment confirmation can be used.  Unless you have opted for the TOK Convenience Pass, badges will NOT be mailed and will ONLY be available on location at the event. Our Children's Pass has the same access as our At-The-Door Badge! - Children's Passes are for children ages 5-12 years old. 5 and younger attend for free and do not need a Children's Pass. - Children's Passes acquired prior to May 14, 2027 are eligible for Early Pick-Up. Visit the Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills 1st floor foyer on June 24. Pick-Up will be available from 5pm to 8:00pm - This Pass is available as a free add-on with a purchase of one (1) adult (18+) Early-Bird Badge. An additional Children's Badge will be available for an additional $30. Max two (2) Children's Passes per one Adult (18+) Badge eligible for the Children's Pass add-on. (Please note the system may require you to do separate purchases if you have two adults and are wanting two free child's passes.) - Children MUST be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times while attending the event. - Children's Passes are NOT mailed out with the Convenience Pass. They will be available for pick up at our Registration table located in the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills 1st floor foyer. The event t-shirt will be available for pick-up at VIP Services when picking up your badge. Unless prior arrangements have been made, all shirts MUST be picked up by 4pm on the Sunday of the event, or they will be placed back into the general sales! All sales are final.
