Charlotte Gold & Silver Pass Terms & Conditions By purchasing a Charlotte Gold Pass or Charlotte Silver Pass, the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Charlotte Market Use Only Gold and Silver Passes are valid only for Sunny's Market Charlotte events and may not be transferred to, redeemed for, or applied toward any other Sunny's Market location or event. 2. Application Required Purchasing a Gold or Silver Pass does not automatically register a vendor for any event. Vendors are responsible for submitting an application for each Charlotte market they wish to attend. During checkout, vendors must enter the pass code provided at the time of purchase to redeem their prepaid market admission. Failure to apply for an event may result in the vendor not being included in that market. 3. Vendor Space Requests Vendors requesting a specific booth location or returning vendor space are responsible for contacting Sunny's Market prior to each event. Sunny's Market will not contact pass holders regarding booth placement preferences. If a vendor wishes to request a specific space, it is the vendor's responsibility to reach out before each event. While every effort will be made to accommodate booth requests, specific spaces cannot be guaranteed. 4. Non-Transferable Gold and Silver Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the approved vendor business that purchased the pass. 5. No Refunds All Gold Pass and Silver Pass purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused market credits, missed events, cancellations by the vendor, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or inability to attend do not qualify for refunds, credits, or extensions. 6. Event Acceptance All vendors remain subject to Sunny's Market rules, guidelines, and approval requirements for each event. Sunny's Market reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke participation if a vendor violates market policies or provides inaccurate information during the application process. 7. Market Changes Sunny's Market reserves the right to modify event dates, times, venue locations within the Charlotte market series, or event formats if necessary. Pass holders will continue to receive access to the equivalent number of eligible Charlotte events included in their pass. 8. Pass Expiration Gold and Silver Passes are valid only for the Charlotte market dates included in the current season for which they were purchased. Unused passes or event credits do not carry over into future years unless otherwise approved in writing by Sunny's Market. 9. Agreement Purchase and use of a Charlotte Gold Pass or Charlotte Silver Pass constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
