By registering for or participating in the Nålbinding Workshop (the "Event") hosted by the Spokane Entertainers Guild (the "Guild") at Bellwether Brewery (the "Venue"), you ("Participant") agree to the following legally binding terms:1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of RiskParticipant acknowledges that Nålbinding involves the use of tools such as blunt needles, scissors, and wool fiber. Participation is entirely voluntary. Participant expressly assumes all risks associated with the Event, including but not limited to: Minor physical injury (e.g., punctures or cuts).Allergic reactions to wool or other crafting materials.Risks associated with being on the premises of a public brewery and taproom. 2. Hold Harmless & IndemnificationTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Spokane Entertainers Guild, Bellwether Brewing, and their respective officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or resulting from Participant's involvement in the Event. This includes any injury to the Participant or damage to personal property.3. Alcohol ConsumptionThe Venue serves alcoholic beverages. Participant is responsible for their own consumption and agrees to drink responsibly. The Guild and the Venue are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or legal consequences resulting from Participant’s consumption of alcohol before, during, or after the Event.4. Safety & InstructionParticipant agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by the Guild’s instructors. The Guild reserves the right to remove any participant from the Event who acts in a manner that is unsafe or disruptive to others.5. Media ReleaseBy attending, Participant consents to being photographed or recorded for the Guild's promotional and educational purposes.6. Governing LawThis agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
