Freedom on The Creek | Kennedy Creek Resort Terms & Conditions Applicable to Attendees, Vendors, Partners, and Sponsors --- # 1. General Event Policies ### 1.1 The Freedom on The Creek Festival (“Event”), hosted by Goin’ Social Events and Kennedy Creek Resort, will take place rain or shine on July 11th at Kennedy Creek Resort (“KCR”). ### 1.2 By attending, participating in, or partnering with the Event, all individuals and entities agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. ### 1.3 Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these policies at any time without prior notice. --- # 2. Attendee Terms ### 2.1 Admission to the Event is free and open to all ages. ### 2.2 Attendees participate at their own risk. Goin’ Social Events, Kennedy Creek Resort, and all affiliated partners, sponsors, staff, and volunteers are not responsible for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. ### 2.3 Alcohol consumption is restricted to individuals age 21 and older with a valid government-issued photo ID. ### 2.4 All attendees must follow staff instructions, posted signage, venue policies, and applicable local, state, and federal laws. ### 2.5 Outside alcohol, unauthorized vending, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, and prohibited items are strictly forbidden on event grounds. ### 2.6 Photography, videography, and audio recordings may be captured throughout the Event and used by Goin’ Social Events and partners for marketing and promotional purposes. Attendance grants permission to use your likeness without compensation. --- # 3. Vendor Terms ### 3.1 Vendor applications open May 1st. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Event. ### 3.2 Approved vendors will be notified via email and must complete all required agreements, forms, and payments by the stated deadlines. ### 3.3 Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permits, licenses, certifications, and insurance required by Georgia law and Kennedy Creek Resort policies. ### 3.4 Food vendors must comply with all county and state health department regulations and inspections. ### 3.5 Vendors must arrive, set up, operate, and break down during the designated times provided by event staff. ### 3.6 No vendor may sell products or services outside of their assigned booth space or share booth space without prior written approval. ### 3.7 Unless otherwise specified, vendors are responsible for supplying all equipment, tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, lighting, and operational materials. ### 3.8 Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of their assigned area throughout the Event. ### 3.9 Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates event rules, engages in unsafe conduct, behaves inappropriately, or misrepresents their business. ### 3.10 All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the Event is fully canceled by the organizer. --- # 4. Sponsor Terms ### 4.1 Sponsorship opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and require a signed sponsorship agreement. ### 4.2 Sponsors must submit logos, advertisements, promotional materials, and deliverables by all published deadlines. ### 4.3 Goin’ Social Events is not responsible for missed placements, printing delays, or promotional omissions caused by late sponsor submissions. ### 4.4 Sponsor benefits, inclusions, branding placements, and activations are outlined within the official sponsorship agreement and may not be modified unless agreed upon in writing by both parties. ### 4.5 All sponsorship payments are non-refundable. --- # 5. Partner Terms ### 5.1 Approved partners must comply with all event procedures, communication standards, operational guidelines, and branding requirements. ### 5.2 Partnership activations may require additional documentation, approvals, or insurance depending on the scope of involvement. ### 5.3 Any on-site activation, giveaway, marketing effort, or promotional activity must receive prior approval from Goin’ Social Events. ### 5.4 Partners may not imply exclusive rights, endorsements, or official affiliations without written authorization. --- # 6. Safety & Liability ### 6.1 All participants — including attendees, vendors, sponsors, and partners — agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, Kennedy Creek Resort, affiliated organizations, volunteers, staff, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the Event. ### 6.2 Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to remove any individual or entity whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, threatening, unlawful, or in violation of event policies. ### 6.3 In the event of severe weather, emergencies, public safety concerns, or directives from law enforcement or government authorities, event activities may be delayed, adjusted, suspended, or canceled. ### 6.4 Weapons, drones, fireworks, open flames (except approved vendor operations), hazardous materials, and illegal items are prohibited on event property. --- # 7. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations ### 7.1 Vendor and sponsorship payments are non-refundable except in the rare event of a full event cancellation initiated by the organizer. ### 7.2 Weather interruptions, temporary delays, entertainment changes, or schedule adjustments do not qualify for refunds or credits. ### 7.3 If the Event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control — including severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, government orders, or force majeure — Goin’ Social Events shall not be liable for damages, expenses, or financial losses incurred by participants. --- # 8. Marketing, Media & Branding ### 8.1 By participating in the Event, all attendees, vendors, partners, and sponsors grant permission for Goin’ Social Events and affiliated media partners to capture and use photos, videos, and audio recordings for advertising, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. ### 8.2 Vendors, sponsors, and partners may only use approved event branding, logos, and promotional assets as permitted within their agreements. ### 8.3 Unauthorized posting, distribution, or placement of promotional materials outside designated areas is prohibited. --- # 9. Acceptance of Terms By attending or participating in the Event in any capacity — including as an attendee, vendor, sponsor, partner, volunteer, performer, or contractor — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
