Highland Fest – Terms & Conditions By attending Highland Fest and any affiliated festival events, all guests, vendors, participants, and attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions: General Admission Entry to the festival is at your own risk. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone displaying disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior without refund. All local, state, and federal laws must be followed during the event. Alcohol Consumption Valid government-issued ID is required for the purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverages. No outside alcohol is permitted. Please drink responsibly. Festival organizers and participating establishments reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone at any time. Pets Friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome during the event in celebration of National Dog Day. All pets must remain leashed and under owner control at all times. Owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damages or injuries caused by them. Children & Kids Zone Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Participation in kids activities is at the participant’s own risk. Weather Policy Highland Fest is a rain or shine event unless severe weather or unsafe conditions occur. Event schedules, entertainment, and activities are subject to change without notice. Photography & Media Release By attending the festival, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation. Liability Waiver By entering the event premises, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in festival activities. Highland Fest, event organizers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and property owners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or accidents occurring during the event. Vendor & Participant Conduct Vendors and participants must comply with all setup instructions, health regulations, fire codes, and event policies. Failure to follow event guidelines may result in removal from the festival without refund. Event Changes Festival details, entertainment, vendors, and activities are subject to change at the discretion of event organizers.
