1. The City of Sugar Hill, nor its agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to the exhibitor(s), the exhibitor’s property, from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors should obtain, at their own expense, insurance against any loss, damage, or injury they may require. 2. Only one vendor or business is allowed per booth.3. In case of inclement weather, the City of Sugar Hill will inform vendors if the event will be postponed, the event is RAIN or SHINE unless otherwise stated. Cancellations due to weather will not receive a refund. Receiving a refund will be up to the discretion of event management. 4. If accepted, your booth payment must be received by the event date.5. Only products approved by the City of Sugar Hill or market organizer will be allowed to be sold at the event.6. Vendors must provide all their own props and equipment; to include weights and tie-downs for securing tents. If your space requires power, you must have a generator. Trash containers, restroom facilities, and eating areas will be provided.7.Vendors are responsible for the clean-up of their areas at the conclusion of the event. Booth's must stay open until end and may not dismantle prior to the conclusion of the event. After the event, all merchandise must be packed and the booth completely disassembled before vehicles will be allowed into the event area for loading and departure. 8. All booth spaces will be outdoors.9. Booth set-up must be completed and ready to sell by designated start time10. ALL WORK MUST BE ORIGINAL AND MADE BY THE APPLICANT. 11. Any work that is misrepresented will not be allowed to exhibit during the festival. Artwork that is made with the use of generative artificial intelligence is prohibited. Exhibition officials have the authority to reject or disqualify any work. Any vendor who misrepresents the content or intent of their booth will be asked to leave the event area, with NO Refund.12. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. 13. Images you submit may be used for the marketing of this event.14. Any application failing to follow picture requirements will not be considered for this event.
