Brunswick Plantation Pickleball Tournament Tickets

Rules and Regulations: Players are limited to 32. We will have a wait list after 32; You must be willing to communicate through TeamReach and will be provided with a password once you have paid and registered; Must be a resident of Brunswick Plantation and over 18 years old; Warm-ups begin at 7:30 am; Play begins at 8:15 am; late players will be eliminated and there will be NO REFUNDS IF ELIMINATED! Spectators and guests should bring your own chairs if you want to sit. All benches will be used for those players on deck to play; If you are wandering around and/or not ready to go in to play, you will be eliminated from the tournament and will not receive a refund, so be attentive. We will not be looking for players who should be prepared to go in to play!! We will use all 4 courts and will use “REGULATION” scoring this year; Each round will end at a “hard” 11 or when the whistle sounds. ALL PLAYERS MUST STAY ON THE COURTS SO AS NOT TO INTERRUPT OTHER PLAYERS; When the whistle sounds, you should finish your rally and complete your scores on the scorecard (which will be located on a clipboard on each court); A Scorekeeper will be assigned to each court so players can focus on playing. There will be 10 rounds and you can expect to play either 5 or 6 rounds during the 2 ½ hour period; The play is “round robin” and you will be playing with other players regardless of level of experience or play. No “swapping out” partners or you will be eliminated. The partner selection will be randomly computer generated. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe court conditions, you will be notified via TeamReach. In the event of a cancellation, the luncheon will be held at 11:00 am in lieu of noon. No refunds. Pickleball Tournament Liability Waiver & Release of Claims Brunswick Plantation Pickleball Tournament November 7, 2026 Assumption of Risk & Release I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and understand that participation in pickleball, like any sport, carries risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, and other serious injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate in this tournament and assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with my participation. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Brunswick Plantation, the Brunswick Plantation Pickleball Tournament Organizers and Volunteers, and their directors, officers, employees, members, agents, and representatives (collectively “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to any injury, accident, or illness I may sustain during or as a result of participation in this tournament. Medical Treatment I authorize the Released Parties to secure emergency medical treatment for me if deemed necessary and agree to be responsible for any and all related costs. Insurance I understand that the Released Parties do not provide medical, health, or accident insurance for participants and that I am solely responsible for securing my own coverage. Photography/Media Release I grant permission for the use of photographs, video, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation. Acknowledgment of Understanding I have read this waiver fully, understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily. I am at least 18 years of age.
