Barknic Tickets

By registering for, attending, participating in, sponsoring, or vending at Barknic (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Registration & Ticketing All registrations, ticket purchases, vendor applications, and sponsorship submissions are processed through Eventeny (the “Platform”). Accuracy: All information provided must be accurate and complete. Confirmation: Registration is not confirmed until payment (if applicable) is successfully processed. Non-Refundable: All ticket sales, vendor fees, and sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Transfers: Registrations and tickets may not be transferred or resold without prior written approval. Applications: Vendor and sponsor applications are subject to review and approval. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Platform Use: Participants are also subject to Eventeny’s terms and policies. The Event is not responsible for platform errors or technical issues. Communication: By registering, you consent to receive event-related communications via email and/or the Platform. 2. General Conduct All participants (attendees, volunteers, vendors, and sponsors) must behave respectfully and safely. The Event reserves the right to remove any individual or entity for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund. 3. Assumption of Risk Participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to interactions with animals, crowds, equipment, and outdoor conditions. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. 4. Animals All animals must be healthy, properly vaccinated, and under control at all times. Dogs must remain leashed unless otherwise designated. Owners are solely responsible for their animals and any resulting injury or damage. The Event reserves the right to remove any animal deemed unsafe. 5. Vendors & Sponsors Must comply with all Event guidelines, including setup and breakdown times. Products, displays, and materials must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Vendors are responsible for required permits, licenses, insurance, and applicable taxes. 6. Payments & Refunds All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The Event reserves the right to modify programming, vendor participation, or schedules as needed. 7. Weather Policy The Event is rain or shine unless canceled or modified for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. 8. Media Release By attending, you grant permission to Wise Animal Rescue to capture and use photos, video, and other media of you and your likeness for promotional purposes without compensation. 9. Liability Waiver Wise Animal Rescue, its directors, officers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons, animals, or property during the Event. 10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wise Animal Rescue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the Event. 11. Changes & Cancellation The Event reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events. 12. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. 13. Acceptance By registering for or attending Barknic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
