The MCD Fall Festival and Resource Fair brings Civil Rights Week to the block with an accessible and inclusive full-scale engagement where youth-led performances, art, food, and community resources meet direct engagement from OECR board members, commissioners, and community partners.

Community Day is where the work meets the block. Designed as a full-scale block party in a priority engagement neighborhood, this day centers the voices and energy of Baltimore's residents, especially its young people. Youth-led programming and performances take center stage alongside art, storytelling, crafts, games, and food that make this a true community celebration. Local vendors, resource activators, faith congregations, and community partners show up in force, while OECR board members and commissioners engage directly with residents in the spaces where they live. Community Day isn't just an event; it's a demonstration of what civic investment looks like when it's done right. *Lunch Served*

Join OECR, the Baltimore Veteran's Commission, Northwestern Mutual, SECU, and Chase Bank for a free financial readiness seminar designed specifically for veterans. **THIS TRAINING IS FOR CITY OF BALTIMORE EMPLOYEES ONLY** Hosted by the Mayor's Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs, this training introduces core LGBTQ+ concepts and explores the importance of inclusive behaviors in the workplace. Participants will also reflect on their own learning and growth while building the knowledge and confidence to contribute to a more inclusive workplace for all.

Prayers for the City is where Baltimore pauses to reflect. Prayers for the City is a multi-faith coordinated prayer hour that gathers residents of all backgrounds, beliefs, and traditions around a shared commitment to this city and its people. A virtual prayer line extends the gathering beyond the plaza, welcoming Baltimoreans wherever they are. Grounded in the belief that justice and spirit are inseparable, this evening reminds us that the work of equity is as much about community and care as it is about policy and law. *Dinner Served*

Beyond the Classroom: Pathways to Success Expo is a career and resource fair designed to connect young Baltimoreans with the tools and information they need to build their futures. Attendees will find employers, resource providers, and community organizations all in one space, alongside resume development support, mock interviews, and a dedicated Know Your Rights When You Turn 18 session that equips them with the real-world knowledge they need as they step into adulthood. This event is a direct investment in Baltimore's next generation and a statement that their futures matter. *Lunch Served*

Join us for a virtual lunchtime conversation designed to help Baltimore City parents and caregivers better understand their rights, strengthen their advocacy skills, and navigate the school system with confidence. Hear directly from Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners members, a disability rights advocate, and a board member from the Parent & Community Advisory Board as they share insights from their roles and experiences supporting families. Whether you’re new to City Schools or looking for guidance on how to address concerns, this online session will offer practical tools, trusted information, and a clearer roadmap for supporting your child’s success.

Access, Advocacy, and Action Day is the most comprehensive civic education event of the week. In the morning, all seven divisions of the Office fan out across the city to facilitate free, accessible Know Your Rights workshops covering everything from housing discrimination and workplace rights to police accountability, ADA access, and the EEOC process. These aren't lectures, they're tools, delivered in the communities that need them most. In the afternoon, the day shifts into a facilitated co-creation and problem-solving roundtable, bringing together residents, advocates, partner agencies, board and commission members, and OECR staff to identify barriers, generate solutions, and make real commitments. *Dinner Served*
