1. Ticket Purchase & Entry All tickets must be purchased in advance. Entry will only be granted upon valid proof of purchase (digital or printed ticket). Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. 2. No Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including inability to attend. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations In the event that the organizer needs to reschedule or cancel the event, ticket holders will be notified promptly. A credit or transfer to a future event may be offered at the organizer’s discretion. 4. Arrival & Late Policy Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late entry may be restricted to avoid disruption. No partial refunds will be given for missed time. 5. Participation & Liability By attending, participants acknowledge that dance and physical activity involve inherent risks. The organizer, instructors, and venue are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages sustained during the event. 6. Code of Conduct All attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and positive environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. 7. Media & Photography Release By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify the organizer in advance. 8. Health & Safety Participants should attend only if they are physically fit to engage in the activity. Please inform the organizer of any injuries or conditions prior to participation. 9. Personal Belongings The organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. 10.
